Here are some common questions about Knively Protect

How does Knively Protect work?

It's a protection plan available for all the knives we sell on our website. The plan will send you a new, sharpened knife on your purchase anniversary. You don't need to fill out any forms or call. It all done automatically.

How much does it cost?

$99/ 10 Years for 1 knife, and $25 for each additional knife you buy. You get 1 replacement each year, and for any additional replacements we charge a flat $15 fee to cover shipping both ways.

When can I purchase Knively Protect?

The protection plan can be purchased at check out or up to 12 months after purchase of knife. You will be asked to renew your protection plan 30 days before it expires.

How can I cancel?

You can cancel your Knively Protect plan at anytime, but we can only refund it up to 30 Days after purchasing the plan. Request to cancel HERE. We DO NOT auto charge your credit card when your plan expires. You will be provided an option to renew, and if you take no action when the plan expires, your Knively Protect plan is automatically cancelled.

How can I get a refund on Knively Protect?

If for any reason you want to cancel your Knively Protect plan within 30 Days of purchase, we will give you a no question asked refund back to original form of payment. Simply request it HERE.
