Can I purchase the knives for someone else?
Absolutely. If you are purchasing the knives for someone else, please include their name in the order notes. This is done to ensure they can get the warranty we provide.
Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?
We apologize if the item you ordered is unavailable. We do our best to update inventory in real time, but sometimes due to surges in demand there is a delay. You can wait until the product becomes available or you can request a refund for the order.

What is covered by the limited life time warranty?
Our limited life time warranty is included with every knife we sell. The warranty will cover all manufacturing defects not caused by misuse or improper maintenance for the life time you own this product. If you want additional peace of mind, choose our Knively Protect plan to get full coverage protection for your knives.
When can I expect my refund?
We issue all of our refunds when we receive the returned products. Once received, we will issue the refund within 1 business days, but your bank might take additional time to process the refund.
What is Knively Protect?
It's an annual protection plan that covers any maintenance and damage of your Knively knives with a peace of mind. When you need a new knife, simply fill out this form with your information and we will send out a brand new one.
When can I purchase Knively Protect?
The protection plan can be purchased at check out or up to 12 months after purchase of knife. You will be asked to renew your protection plan 30 days before it expires.
How can I cancel?
You can cancel your Knively Protect plan at anytime, but we can only refund it up to 14 Days after purchasing the plan. Request to cancel HERE. We DO NOT auto charge your credit card when your plan expires. You will be provided an option to renew, and if you take no action when the plan expires, your Knively Protect plan is automatically cancelled.
