Our products are shipped within 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri) using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, . Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, but due to increased shipping demand, all major carriers are experiencing delays that is beyond the control of Knively. To protect the security of your order, orders over $250 will be shipping with "Signature Required" option.

To return your product, please email return@knively.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA). For eligible returns, shipping will be covered and you will be sent a prepaid shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
